The work

One website. A bed filled in one week.

My family runs an adult family home in Lynnwood called Serene. It had nothing online. I built its website, put it on Google, and within the first week a family searching after a hospital discharge found it and moved their dad in.

That one resident has been $5,000 a month, every month since. Below is the work, exactly what you get, and the tools I use to do it.

Real homes. Real websites.

All four are live right now. Click through and look around, they are not mockups.

A Rose Garden Adult Family Home

The owners run two licensed homes in Mill Creek. Most people would have built two separate websites. I built one brand with an "Our Two Homes" section, so a family picks the home that fits instead of getting lost across two sites.

Serene Lynnwood

The one that started all of this. My parents' home, six residents, no presence online at all. I built the site, set up Google, and it now ranks #1 locally for "adult family home near me." This is the build I learned everything on.

A WellCared Adult Family Home

Marjorie takes dementia, behavioral and mental health residents that larger facilities turn away, but she asked me not to make her sound like a big facility. So the site under-claims on purpose: it says small first, sends families straight to her cell, and lets her residents and their families do all the praising.

Birdsong Adult Family Home

Mel has cared for residents in Kent since 2007 and runs four homes. The strongest thing she had was not a photo. It was years of handwritten notes families had left her, which no other home in Kent can show. So the site gives them their own section, beside a review from a daughter, and lets real families make the case.

Olympia Senior Care

Most adult family home sites try to speak to everyone. This one is narrow on purpose. It is owned by a psychiatric nurse practitioner, never takes more than six residents, keeps one caregiver to every three, and says private pay up front, so the families it is right for know within seconds.

Why I do this

A family found them at 9pm. They moved in that week.

My parents had run their home for months with nothing online. A family can only find you if you exist on Google, and Serene did not. So I built the site, wrote the pages, and put it on the map.

The first week it was live, a daughter searching after her dad's hospital discharge found it, called, toured, and moved him in. He is still there. That is one bed, $5,000 a month, from one website.

That is my family's home, not a client, and I will always tell you so. But it is the exact same system I run for every home I build.

What you actually get.

One build, done properly, and you own all of it. No referral fees and nothing held hostage.

A website built for your home

Fast, works on a phone, with your photos, your open beds, a contact form, and tap to call.

Your words, written for you

You do not have to write anything. I talk to you, then write the pages the way you actually talk about your home.

Google Business Profile

Claimed, verified, filled in with photos and hours, so you show up on Google Maps when a family searches nearby.

Local SEO

The on-page setup that lets Google understand where you are and who you serve, so "adult family home near me" can find you.

Facebook and Instagram

Your business pages set up and connected, ready to post, so families can see you are real and active.

A free Dear Care Home listing

Your home listed on our Washington adult family home directory. Families use it free, and when one matches your home I send them straight to you.

Domain and business email

Registered in your name, not mine. You own the domain and the email forever, even if you never speak to me again.

Two rounds of changes

You look at it, tell me what to fix, I fix it. Twice, included, before we ever go live.

Live in about a week

From the day we start to the day families can find you is usually seven days. The build itself takes me about a day.

Built right, not just pretty.

Real numbers from A Rose Garden, measured the day it launched. A slow site loses the family before your home ever gets a chance.

See every tool and why

How a week looks.

You are busy running a home. Here is everything I need from you, and when.

Day 1

We talk

Twenty minutes. I ask about your home, your beds, and who you care for. That is the whole kickoff.

Day 2

Photos

Real photos of your home. Bright rooms, the yard, the table. This is the part families judge first.

Day 3 to 4

I build

Site, words, Google, pages, directory. You do nothing. Then you look at it and tell me what to change.

Day 5

You are live

Domain live, Google live, form tested, and I walk you through it so you know how it all works.

What I will not promise you

I cannot promise you a specific number of calls, tours, or move ins. Nobody honest can, and if someone does, be careful. What I can promise is this: your home will be findable when a family searches, it will load fast on a phone, the words will sound like you, and every account will be in your name. What happens after that is your care doing the work.
